Simon Prideaux (ACIB) is a Senior Relationship Director within the London-based Professional Practices Group at The Royal Bank of Scotland and heads the Bank's relationship team responsible for the legal sector. He has specialised in professional clients (embracing lawyers, accountants, surveyors and valuers) since 1998 - previously within NatWest and now at RBS. In that role he has helped many clients through key transitions including mergers and incorporation. As well as having direct relationship responsibility for the Bank's largest law firm clients, Simon acts as "internal consultant" to RBS colleagues across the UK who also manage professional practice (and, especially, lawfirm) relationships. He maintains similar links with RBS units in North America. Simon has worked with RBS (and NatWest) for over 30 years - principally in the City of London - in a variety of strategic and relationship roles.
