Tony Williams is a principal of Jomati Consultants which is a UK based legal consulting business.
He specialises in advising law firms on a range of strategic issues including a firms strategic focus, partner review and remuneration issues, office and practice group reviews and benchmarking. He also advises a range of primarily US and UK based firms on merger related issues including preparation, market research, deal facilitation and post merger integration.
Before establishing Jomati Consultants in 2002, Tony spent almost 20 years at Clifford Chance which included five years in Hong Kong developing the firm's corporate and regulatory practice and five years involvement in the firm's Central and Eastern, European practice including two years as managing partner of Clifford Chances Moscow office. He was elected worldwide managing partner of Clifford Chance in 1997. In 2000 he left Clifford Chance to become worldwide managing partner of Andersen Legal.
