Alternative uses for Partnership Structures

This workshop discusses different uses of partnerships – particularly as a replacement for trusts for private clients (including regulatory and taxation issues) and uses for fund structures/joint ventures (including taxation issues).
Outcome: Provides a wider appreciation of the potential uses for vehicles.
