Moving Out: transforming an in-house team into an out-sourced provider

Chair: Simon Prideaux (The Royal Bank of Scotland plc)
Speakers: Richard Turnor (Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP) and Chris Bull (Integreon Inc.)

This workshop considers the growing interest in “outsourcing” and considers:

• Why it is sometimes appropriate for an in-house department of a professional firm to acquire a separate  existence
• The possible formats/structures for that separate existence
• The challenges to be overcome to achieve successful separation
• The role of the existing “parent” firm
• The demonstrated benefits

Outcome: Delegates will be:

• better able to advise clients on the practicalities and benefits of separation of in-house departments
• better placed to support them through such a process.

Location:

to be held at Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU at 5.45 p.m. for 6.00 p.m.
