In this workshop:
Two speakers from a large accountancy firm and a smaller law firm will contrast the tactics and ways of encouraging and motivating the staff and partners to deliver in line with the firms strategies. This will include consideration of recruitment aims, remuneration strategy, non-financial reward, development and other ways of engaging the people in the business.
Outcome:
Provide attendees with a broader business knowledge and greater understanding of the differing approaches at different firms towards its people.strategy. It will aim to illustrate that there is not a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ approach, but there is a need for organisations to consider how they approach their people as ‘stakeholders’ in the business.
