This workshop will explore the approach of regulators to non-financial misconduct, including the SRA, ICAEW and FCA (who in December 2025 have published the following Policy Statement – PS25/23: Tackling non‑financial misconduct in financial services – ahead of new rules coming into force on 1 September 2026)
At the end of the workshop there will be a drinks and canape reception for approximately an hour and a half to allow Members to meet and network.
