This June/July, our "Back to Basics" workshop series will provide a practical overview of key aspects of partnership transactions, including common issues encountered in such transactions from the viewpoint of the corporate finance advisers, the accountants and the lawyers. The three virtual workshops are being held on 5th, 19th and 30th July at 12.15pm to 1pm.

As a guide the Up and Coming Group and Back to Basic Workshops are aimed at Members new or in the earlier stages of their practice in the specialism. It is intended to be a forum for less experienced Members to discuss issues affecting their practice. There is no strict regulation of attendance by reference to post qualification experience. However, as a guide, we recommend that our Up and Coming/Back to Basics events are suitable for Members with 8 years PQE and less for those involved in the partnership field.
